And what are your thoughts? Employee entrepreneur, creative entrepreneur or organizational entrepreneur who thinks and acts as an ecosystem?<\/p>\n<p>Is the employee entrepreneur model bad? No; But there are dangers that we must beware of, the important point of the employee model is not taking risks and acting on a safe margin. This attitude is the biggest and most dangerous obstacle in entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>For example, when we implement repetitive and routine models in our work. Boring systems, websites, duplicate services and products that offer no value to the customer. The modern world needs a brave, creative and imaginative entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>Like Jeff Bezos who started Amazon in 1995 during the traditional bookstore era. Or like Henry Ford, who thought of building a car in the age of horses and carriages.<\/p>\n<p>You have to have great ideas. Put Low effort aside and think big. Think and act like a pioneer entrepreneur at a higher level, predict problems, solve them, look for new opportunities, and don&#8217;t forget new products and strategies.
