Managements philosophy

Question: If your company goes bankrupt, will it harm the community? In my opinion, if your company does not have a positive presence in the community, it is better to remove it or find its mission.

The ultimate goal of a company is to serve the community through the production of products and services. It is possible that you have a lot of products and staff, but do not have any positive impact on society, or it was somehow and it doesn’t matter if you were not there.

As a company manager, I know managing is not an easy task, and it has many permanent problems, a manager is someone who develops humanity for the happiness of society. Managers have a duty to treat all the resources at their disposal humanely, fairly and to the best of their ability.

They need to sell quality products at a fair price, and of course, provide sufficient information and services to the community. Finally, make the interests of the community a priority for their organization.

An example is Mr. Konosuke Matsushita and Panasonic, which is interesting to know about: Did you know that there is no CCTV camera in a Panasonic-sized factory? Matsushita believes that we should manage processes instead of controlling crews. He was once asked about the best Panasonic product and he replied: Our best product is the people who work here and we dedicated them to the community. This is an important reference to the fact that humanity is at the top of the chain, and humanization is an important issue.

So first humanization, then product. Remember that the main responsibility of a company is to improve the community through business activities.
