Identifying customers and communicating more effectively with them

Identifying good customer

Despite the vast advances in marketing, unfortunately, many businesses are still not familiar with the new ways of communicating with customers. If I want to talk about my personal experience, I can point to some stores that I buy from regularly; I mean the indifference of the seller’s behavior towards a loyal customer (me), and an ordinary customer who just enters the store for the first time. I said to the seller: “I come to this store every month to buy, but you don’t know me! And as a result, you treat everyone the same way!”

It should be said that it is not possible to measure all customers with the same scale and pattern and to have the same behavior with all of them; This model may have worked for any reason in the past, but today it will not be effective and profitable at all; Know that your excellent and regular customer expects a different behavior. And of course, a normal customer, a very good customer, and a loyal customer have major differences from each other.

Many new and novice business owners ask me why the number of my customers is decreasing over time?! Have I made a mistake in marketing or investing?! – Not necessarily… because I must say that one of the important reasons for the decrease in the number of customers is the lack of identification and communication with them.
