Kevin Harrington is considered one of the most important and influential coaches in the business world. In 1994, he formed a “joint venture company” and served as its chief executive officer and chairman.

He was one of the main investors of the TV series Shark Tank since its inception, which by 2009 was able to discover and strengthen more than 5 thousand entrepreneurial elites. In this seminar held in America in 2011, he refers to one of his experiences in the field of “personal branding”; “When I consulted Richard Branson, an entrepreneur and business coach, I was running a large, highly-staffed, high-revenue company that also happened to have a relatively high market value,” says Harrington. But there was a disturbance in my work that was incomprehensible to me. After finishing my speech, Branson told me clearly that he knows me well and follows my work! He further told me that he knows many brands designed by me; but the problem is that despite the brilliance of all these brands, no one knows you! Because you didn’t establish your personal brand and you didn’t use this skill for yourself.”

It is important to know that personal branding is a combination of skills and values that make you unique, and it always focuses on things that will make you more memorable in the minds of the audience.
