In the midst of today’s professional and entrepreneurial debates, it can be said with certainty that the end of the period of employment and being single will be equal to the beginning of the financial well-being of the people. This is my belief as well. Over the years, I have held different positions in different companies, I was sure that one day, based on my own experiences, and I would find a way. And I will develop my career and finances.
In this regard, I participated in MBA and DBA courses. And these flaws and failures, have doubled my efforts to shape a brighter future for myself and, of course, my family. I am now a business manager and consultant. And I have come to this conclusion based on my experiences in my business or family life, as well as in my consultations with others, that many problems and crises, in work and personal life, have the same solutions and strategies. As the book “Mentor to Millions” is written in support of such an approach.
One of the two authors of this book is Kevin Harrington, known as the “Entrepreneur of Entrepreneurs.” He is the mentor and coach of many millionaires of the present century. In this book, he and “Mark Tim” learn in simple language that, How to achieve a high rate of profitability together, in the family and in business. How to achieve high rates of profitability in your family and business at the same time. And the kind of profit made in this two, although different, but the same path, which is interesting.
The unveiling of a progressive mindset versus a linear mindset, is one of the masterpieces of this book. I urge everyone to learn the contents of the authors of the book, in this very important case. In addition, in analyzing the content approach of the book, this point should also be mentioned that Entrepreneurs must consider the appropriate planning model for the nature of the company. (Large, small and novice) For example, large companies need to have long-term strategic planning according to their resources. If so, small businesses should put rapid planning on the agenda for a maximum of six months.
There are many valuable points in this book about work and personal life. And it may be boring to address each of them in this article.
